Bespoke Training and Mentoring

Tina Pereira has years of experience in the area of vulnerability, having worked both in the private and public sectors.

 

She is able to design and deliver bespoke training on how you and your team can effectively communicate with the vulnerable people you interact with. In order to meet your training needs, Tina will meet with you first to understand your specific training requirements, including discussing your team's current skills in communication.

Training that she puts together will be a combination of workshops and discussions, backed by evidence-based research. Although there will be some amount of formal teaching, the focus will primarily be on demonstrating and explaining strategies and tips to maximise communication with the vulnerable people you work with.
